I recently visited Sushi Hiro and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Their menu is simply awesome, with a wide variety of options that make it hard to choose what to try. I ordered one of their sushi selections along with chicken ramen, and both dishes were excellent. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, while the ramen was rich, comforting, and perfectly prepared. Honestly, most of their food looks absolutely scrumptious. The ambiance of the restaurant is also fantastic. The place feels lively yet comfortable, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. On top of that, the service was remarkable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and definitely a place I’d happily visit again. Highly recommended for anyone craving good Japanese food in Bekasi.

Who here still looks forward to their birthday? I feel like nowadays, quite a lot of people start to think birthdays aren’t that exciting anymore, especially once you hit your 20s and enter that so-called “quarter-life crisis” phase, haha😅. But still, there’s nothing wrong with celebrating your birthday, especially with the people you love, right?🤗 This time, my girlfriend and I — who, coincidentally, share the same birthday (lol, maybe we’re soulmates?) decided to celebrate at Sushi Hiro. There’s a reason why I brought Bella here. She absolutely loves sushi, especially salmon sashimi! So choosing Sushi Hiro was the easiest decision 😁. At the Summarecon Bekasi branch, the place is quite spacious, so on regular days, the chances of ending up on a waiting list are pretty small. We came by car (Bella’s car), and parked across from the BYD showroom building, which is not too far from the restaurant. The only downside is if it rains, so make sure to bring an umbrella just in case. As for the ambiance, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from Sushi Hiro. cool, comfortable, with mostly warm lighting that makes the place feel cozy. What makes this branch a bit more interesting is the entrance: before you step inside, there’s a corridor decorated with Japanese architectural ornaments, which feels quite unique🤩. And the food? No doubts at all. We ordered the Tiger Roll Cheese, Hiro Salmon Series (stairs), Truffle Roll, Salmon Sashimi, and of course, the one thing we couldn’t miss: Miso Soup—hehe, because Bella really loves anything soupy 🍲. In our opinion, everything tasted great, and the food didn’t take long to be served either. Overall, it was totally worth it especially when you’re going with someone you love. The menus are so diverse and delicious. The watermelon cake was refreshing! The waiters are so nice. Sadly, we didn’t get to try the sashimis as the delivery hasn’t arrived yet to the resto. overall, a great experience!

The ambiance trully giving you a Japanese vibe. Spacious dining area. Fresh ingredient. Plenty of Japanese food options. Quick responsive service. Hope that the quality can be maintained for long time.
