Visited RM Sederhana in Caman, one of the more well-known Padang food franchises across Indonesia. I personally think the Caman branch is one of the better ones—since not every outlet delivers the same quality, in my opinion. We tried a variety of dishes like Dendeng, Rendang, Ayam Gulai, and more. All of them were really good—tender, flavorful, and well-spiced. The green chili sambal also really good—spicy, fresh, and a perfect match for the dishes. Most items were spot on in taste and quality. The place itself is quite spacious with a large, bright dining area, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your meal. Definitely recommended if you're craving solid, dependable Padang food around the Caman area.
