The purple color on the shophouse is gone, so I ended up going in circles because I missed it 🤣 The place is small, since, true to its name, it's “express”, there are only 4 tables for dining in, with seating capacities of 2 chairs, 3 chairs, and 6 chairs per table. Taste and prices are standard Gaby. So you're good buying from any branch 😁 Service is okay, the 2 guys on duty are friendly. But the service takes quite a while, I had to wait around 30 minutes for 2 pindang patin and 2 pempek lenggang bakar 😅 Overall 4/5

The dumbest restaurant for online service.. the driver's already come all the way to the restaurant and the order hasn't been prepared.. If an ordered menu item is missing / unavailable that's your business, why does the app say it's ready..?? The restaurant app has the customer's number and you can chat too, so why keep making things difficult for the driver..?? Take some initiative, fucker

Highly recommend! The Pempek is delicious, especially the ada,an with tofu filling, soft and savory, all the menu items really live up to the advertising, the best basically👍 For an exsper zamrud outlet, it's quite busy, especially at night, there are 4 employees but at night I only saw 2, felt so bad seeing the guys running around frantically, just a suggestion for pempek Gaby to add more employees for the night shift, thank you 🙏 basically the best

opens at 10 in the morning, but every time I go at 10 I have to wait 30 minutes because the pempek has only just arrived, might as well open at 10.30 but be ready to serve customers.

be friendly when serving customers. the employees' attitude is really awful!!! ordered a drink and was told "the ice has melted" if a menu item is sold out, do you think it can't be cooked on the spot? so lazy about frying food and serving customers!!0 . was planning to dine in but couldn't be bothered, went straight to takeaway !!!
