View on GoogleThis was our first time trying live teppanyaki cooking here, and honestly, everything was amazing — from the service, food quality, menu selection, to the overall atmosphere. It was sooo comfortable! When we first walked in, the room felt cool and had a relaxing, reflexology-like scent. I had made a reservation because we were celebrating my husband’s birthday while breaking our fast. Even though we arrived 30 minutes early, they still kindly let us wait inside since it was raining outside. Such a thoughtful touch. The live cooking experience was incredible. Chef Sidik (amazing chef!) cooked for us — he was fun, engaging, and not stiff at all, which made the whole experience enjoyable and never awkward. We ordered the Fuji package, which included miso soup, tofu, vegetables, salmon, prawn, chicken, moyashi, and fried rice/udon — all cooked sequentially right in front of us. It even started with a knife performance that he called a “barongsai” show 🤭 Five-star plus-plus for the taste, texture, and portion sizes. The sautéed vegetables were both tender and crunchy at the same time — savory but not overly salty. It’s honestly hard to describe except that we kept nodding in approval while eating! The chicken could use a little more seasoning to make it even better. When cooking the fried rice, he even gave us a taste test to make sure the flavor was just right. The udon was a bit strong in flavor for me, but my husband still loved it. For drinks, we ordered Maison Berry Fantasy and Niwa Tea Breeze — both were super refreshing and perfectly balanced the savory flavors of the meal. After the live cooking session, my husband was surprised with a birthday dessert (which we had ordered). It was such a thoughtful gesture because I didn’t even request anything special, yet they prepared it beautifully. For two people including food and drinks, we paid a 500k deposit and the total came to around 900k (including the deposit). Absolutely worth it for the entire experience, ambiance, taste, and service.
