In terms of service, I can give 4 out of 5 for the barista (a little less friendly, but maybe they're tired?), but she help me how to equip my promo from the app. The 2nd floor is very small, not suitable for staying for a long time for those who like to hang out while working or "nugas" because there is only 1 socket for charging. overall solid 4.0/5.0
