The cashier is helpful, frequent promos, the taste is decent and the batter isn't hard. The only downside is the sambal. The buy 1 get 1 promo for nasi ayam bumbu sambel goreng ati has no sambal flavor at all, it's sweet (or should it be called semur?). Can't choose the spice level because it's a promo menu, okay, but seriously, we can't even buy the sambel geprek separately 😮‍💨

Bought the geprek ayam crisbar, but it looks like this. I bought 2 sets and they all looked like this. No sauce was provided either.

The place is nice for hanging out, already open and ready at 10..

When eating at the outlet, it turned out that the smoking and nonsmoking areas weren't separated, making it less suitable for dining in. Sorry, but regarding service, the staff weren't very responsive, as they couldn't explain the menu details to make ordering easier. The staff were also rather noisy while chatting; even though the outlet was quiet, they should still keep it comfortable.

The place is clean, comfortable, and the food is delicious too. The prices are really worth it, you can also refill drinks and rice here, and all the service is friendly. Definitely coming back next time because it's close to where I live. Hope the service stays good forever
