I often buy Tianlala at other branch and it was fine. But when I wanna buy here, they said the sundae series was stop momentarily due the machine still making the ice cream. Yet I saw people before and after me who ordered the ice cream, not getting rejected🥲. Is it because I buy from TikTok (voucher)? This will be my first and last experience to buy at this branch. Thanks🙏🏻 [I still buy their product's (Blooming Jasmine Milk Tea) since I already queued for long time). The order's making also take a long time, I almost spent thirty minutes for this.]
