Tianlala is one of those drink brands that suddenly feels like it’s everywhere, and always packed. In Kota Baru Parahyangan alone, there are already a couple of branches close to each other, and somehow both are still busy. This Pancawarna outlet occupies a small ruko, yet it’s consistently crowded. Not surprising though. They offer a wide range of drinks, from tea and coffee to ice cream-based options. Enough variety to keep people coming back and overthinking their order every time. Their main strength is definitely the tea. It’s really good, especially considering the price. Refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet like some other places that treat sugar as a personality. The place itself is bright and clean. The staff are friendly and informative, even while working quickly under pressure. They actually take time to explain the menu, which is nice when you’re staring at 20 drink options wondering why life is so complicated. Service-wise, it depends on timing. When I came, there were only two staff handling everything. One at the cashier, one making drinks, and the orders got stuck. We had to wait longer than expected. But then two more staff showed up, and suddenly everything moved fast again. So the system itself is actually efficient, just very dependent on how many people are working at that moment. If you come during staff break timing, expect a slower experience. Overall, Tianlala delivers where it matters. Good drinks, fair price, friendly service. Just maybe don’t come when the entire operation is being run by two overworked humans.
