Waiting for the food (grilled chicken rice) took a very long time, about 1 hour, with no confirmation at all, even though the place wasn't even that crowded👎🏻

Maybe I'm just shocked that this is one of the worst places for breaking the fast together (bukber). Cold food, the rice was HARD. The drink was plain iced tea... The service was okay, they still said thank you and all. But please, how could you eat Katsu and Karaage with your bare hands when there's salad... Honestly, the menu doesn't match the photo at all, how can the mozzarella be just a tiny bit... Plus it didn't melt or get torched... The kitchen staff is weird, why is there so little chicken. Can they even tell the difference between karaage and regular chicken? The sauce is also super stingy, we thought the sauce would be melty, but it turned out to be just some random basic sauce... I don't think it even equals 1 sachet packet of Kentucky fried chicken sauce...

The place is nice for holding family events, the food has many varieties, tastes delicious too, awesome and highly recommended for those who want to host an event👍👍

So funny eating here. Ordered 2 portions of green grilled sambal and the red one, forgot the name, waited quite long for 20-30 minutes, when it arrived 1 was hot and 1 was cold. Asked why this one was cold, then the waitress innocently replied "because the green one was frozen so it was heated up first".. well we ordered grilled sambal so both should be hot 22 🤣. Too lazy to argue so we just kept quiet.. but how can that even happen, and the rice was also cold, what were we waiting 30 minutes for when there weren't even any other customers 🤣🤣

The food is delicious, the service is friendly, the place is nice, recommended for those who want to go culinary hunting in Lembang
