Disappointed ordering food here. Even though I have ordered several times via Grabfood here. Last order, given 80% fat and tendon. Complained via the Grab application, the staff did not apologize. Gave a solution to be replaced with a new one. When asked if there is a guarantee that the same meat quality will not be given, cannot reply. So I chatted to the WA number on the packaging. The reply was very casual, but oh well.. Then I complained about the food, and I gave criticism that replying to customers should not be too casual. His reason, because he is the owner not CS😭😭 Wow. Like employee like employer.

The wagyu is delicious, tender, cooked just right. There is an additional menu using matah chili sauce, delicious, using a half-cooked egg. The portion is just right. The dining place is behind the kiosk. Eat in and take away using a box, but can ask for cutlery (spoon and fork).
