A Medan-based Bakery & Pastries shop. Selling old recipes (as well as new) breads and pastries. Here they also sell artisan coffee and also takeaway side dishes for your meal at home. The design is modern on the outside, and peranakan style on the inside. Air-conditioned with lounge ambient music that is audible but not overpowering. Nice one! Around 10 tables available. One of the few places I recommend for an easy place to relax. The breads and pastries are exactly similar to Medan's venues. I personally like them. Even simple roti sisir or long john are deliciously made. The ketan unti, triangle-shaped sticky rice with gula Jawa and grated coconut is always a classic choice.🥰 The coffee: long black a bit acidic with fruity sparks complements this simple drink. Flavoured coffee attracts younger customers. Service is friendly and fast. Nice! Pricewise, I would say affordable. The coffee is artisan but still can be purchased without making a hole in your wallet. And the atmosphere and quality of the F&B = BEST! But again, the best things in life are the simple things. Highly recommended for your easy days hanging out.

Papa & Mama pastries originally from Medan. They made old style Bakery flavor. The price is affordable. This place is quite big with cafe inside. The coffee is good. Price for the bread is around 20K. While for the coffee is 35 to 40K. They also sell cakes.

Old-fashioned cakes. Quite overpriced. Some of the staff are unfriendly. Love the newly renovated store. The coffee is not bad, but again expensive. They seriously need to change their paper coffee cups though! I’ve never had a coffee cup leaking at the bottom like this before…

Local taste of cafe, branches from Medan, they serve good cake and pastry, somehow now they served coffee as well. Please make a list to visit for a cup of coffee or tea with some cake or pastry.

This bakery has a nostalgic charm, but what truly stands out is their excellent coffee. Their beans are expertly crafted, and the baristas are not only well-trained but also genuinely friendly. I often stop by for my daily dose of espresso—it never disappoints.
