Jia Xiang. One of busiest breakfast places in Muara Karang. - Bihun goreng telur. This dish was actually nice. It was fairly light and not oily. May need abit of soy for tasting. 4.3 star - Kwetiau goreng seafood. Similar to bihun. 4.3 stars - Mie tomat seafood. This dish was abit tasteless. 3.8 star - Kopi O Kosong. Nothing special 3.9 star All in all this is a 4.0/5.0 stars restaurant.
View on GoogleIf you want a unique Jakarta local food centre, do not look further. It is local and original cooking, good varieties and most importantly, clean, cool and comfortable. One must try the egg Kwee Tiew, ( Medan style) dry wanton noodles (taste and texture only in Jkt) Soto Madura ( chicken soup) and the coffee. The menu is comprehensive but some are spicy. You will not forget the experience.
View on GoogleIt's a very crowded price on Saturday morning. We need to queue for table. The traditional cakes are interesting and delicious. The nasi sayur is nice, the soto betawi also very nice. Mie tomat seafood is good and mie keriting is normal. Generally all the food are nice. The price are reflecting it :) Hahahaha. On the expensive side for breakfast/brunch.
View on GoogleThis is one of my favorite places to eat. I come here quite often because the food is always delicious with a wide variety of options, the place and the service is wonderful.
View on GoogleThis has become my absolute favorite breakfast spot! It's a great authentic Medan-style kopitiam with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere—perfect for starting the day on a relaxed note. I really love their strong and aromatic black coffee, the smooth and flavorful congee, and the curly noodles (mie keriting) that are perfectly chewy with just the right seasoning. The staff are super attentive, polite, and friendly, making you feel right at home. The only downside is parking can be a bit tricky in the busy Pluit area, but it's totally worth it! Definitely coming back soon. Highly recommended for fans of Peranakan cuisine!
