Really Great Atmosphere, The buildings there use Traditional Chinese buildings, and they tower over you giving the feel like you are in actual China. They focus on Chinese Food especially Pork but they are really pricey because the place is located in a really high-end area. A really crowded area but really worth it for the food there and the atmosphere, would recommend visiting at night because the lights there really exaggerate the colors. But beware the traffic there is horrendous at certain times.
View on GoogleGreat spot for food, culture, and a bit of luck. We visited on 11.5.26,Pantjoran PIK nails the modern-meets-heritage vibe. It’s a Chinatown-inspired food and lifestyle hub with tons of stalls, from local legends to trendy cafes. Clean, well-designed, and perfect for evening hangouts. The Wishing Wall, is the highlight. Write your wish on a red tag, tie it up, and soak in the atmosphere. Super photogenic, especially when all lit up at night. Gets crowded on weekends but that’s part of the energy. Huge food variety, aesthetic architecture, live music on some nights, family-friendly. Parking can be a nightmare and it gets packed after 6pm. Go hungry, bring friends, and don’t skip the Wishing Wall. One of PIK’s best spots.
View on GoogleMy colleagues and I visited Pantjoran PIK in July 2024 for a farewell dinner following a national government handover event. It is a wonderful outdoor culinary and cultural destination that offers a vibrant atmosphere right in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area. The architecture here is impressive, with the massive, beautifully detailed red pagoda and the elegant white statue standing out as iconic landmarks. The entire complex is well-organized, spacious, and filled with a fantastic variety of food stalls and restaurants, making it an excellent spot for group gatherings, team dinners, or casual hangouts. It provides a great blend of rich cultural aesthetics and dining options. It's recommended for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food while soaking in a beautiful, lively outdoor setting in Jakarta.
View on Google🌆 Pantjoran Chinatown PIK was recommended as a must visit by a local. I must say it didn’t disappoint. Even though the place was built on reclaimed land but it was tastefully done to accommodate and entertain all walks of life. When my GrabCar stopped in front of the golden statue of Guan Yu, I was impressed. The developers were able to convert a tiny plot of land in Jakarta to simulate a place that is not native to them in this case, China. It’s like being a well built movie set. Very convincing.
View on GoogleIt was a nice place for a not so peaceful walk because of the crowd. But I liked it. The chaos was adding something to its charm. I walked from PIK Avenue. It was around 5 km. I walked each and every street there. It's a great place to unwind, eat and even just to wander. There are a lot of activities as well. You can hire an electric scooty and cover everything. So many activities for kids including a fountain show. I recommend going there once.
