pleasant visit. The place feels cozy and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere for sitting down, having coffee, and enjoying something from the bakery. One of the details I liked most is that there is a small fountain inside, which makes the space feel more unique and also very Instagrammable. It gives the café a more relaxed and attractive look compared to a regular mall café. The service was good and fast. The team was attentive, and the order came without taking too long. The coffee was good, and the bakery selection was also enjoyable. It is a nice place if you want pastries, bread, dessert, or a casual snack while spending time at the mall. The overall experience felt comfortable, simple, and well executed. .

We came here for dinner on a weekend, there was no line, so we got our seats fast. We ordered squid ink pasta, berry waffle and hot ice lemon tea. We liked the squid ink pasta, tasted good, but we feel that for that price, the portion should be more. We also liked the berry waffle for dessert. But one thing, the server/ waitress was not very knowledgeable about the menu. She said that the squid ink pasta was abit spicy but it turns out to be not spicy at all. And there was a small misunderstanding about the drink promo, she said that there was a discount for lemon tea if you buy any main dish. But we didn’t know that if we ordered hot lemon tea, there is no discount ( she didn’t mention that hot lemon tea is not on promo only iced). So we end up paying regular price for the drink. There was a promo for waffle as well. Food was overall good, service was not so great. Ambience, atmosphere and decor were very nice. To be honest, the food was quite pricey, I would come back to try other dishes if there are promos.

Paid 150K IDR for a coffee and a plate of nachos at Monsieur Spoon—and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The coffee was passable. That’s the only remotely decent part. The nachos, however, were a disgrace. They took an absurd amount of time to arrive, and when they finally did, they were swimming in oil. Not just greasy—dripping. Oil coated our hands, soaked the tissues, and flooded the paper lining the plate. It was genuinely disgusting. I felt physically unwell after eating it—heavy, sick, and honestly, cheated. The menu claimed there would be gherkins. There were none. The “cheese” had no flavor whatsoever, and the only topping was a miserable handful of soggy tomatoes. The portion was average, but the quality was shockingly poor. At this price point, the food should at least be edible. We also asked if a main course dish could be made vegetarian, and the staff couldn’t have been more dismissive. The person we spoke to refused to help, barely listened, and shut down every request with a cold and repetitive “no.” No willingness to accommodate, no basic courtesy, nothing. This place didn’t just serve bad food—it made us feel ignored, uncomfortable, and completely unwelcome. Never going back. And I’d strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money here.

Nice food. Nice environment. Service is good. If you are looking for lunch, dinner or even just for dessert, this is a good place to hang out with friends and family.
