I tried Volcano Don (Large) and Volcano Don Cheese Truffle, and both came with very generous portions of beef. The meat was abundant and satisfying, making each bowl feel filling and worth it. For the Cheese Truffle Volcano Don, the only downside was that the cheese flavor was not very noticeable. This might be because the truffle aroma and beef flavor were much more dominant, which slightly overshadowed the cheese. Still enjoyable, but the cheese element could be more pronounced. Each don comes with one egg, which you can choose either raw or as an onsen egg, and that’s a nice touch. They also serve a kombu soup alongside the don. One suggestion regarding the kombu soup: since it’s meant to be mixed into the don after you’ve eaten about half, it might be better not to serve it at the beginning. When both the don and the soup are already cold, mixing them together makes the overall taste less impactful. Another suggestion would be to enhance the kombu flavor in the soup. At the moment, it tastes a bit too light, so when mixed into the don, the result feels rather ordinary. A stronger kombu umami would definitely create a more distinct and memorable experience. That said, overall everything was good and enjoyable. The free ice cream was a nice bonus, the place is comfortable, and it’s also family-friendly, making it a great spot to dine with loved ones.

Tried their volcano don, the meat quality was good along with the condiments. At that time the place not too crowded, so the place was quite nice and not noisy.

They specialized in donburi with beef and raw salmon. The price and taste is quite good. Their service also excellent where the team very responsive. They also gives free ice cream at the end. One input is for them to use sushi rice and give more sauce in the don for more flavor. I think that will gives more boost for them.

The Volcano Salmon Duo is just soooo good.. perfect combo of raw salmon and grilled meat.. Just proofing that the menu’s right: MUST TRY! We get free ocha refill and side dish. And also for the dessert free ice cream..

Food + side dishes were good! The athmosphere was also nice :) Only input is staffs were quite loud so it felt a little chaotic (maybe bcs we sat at the back of the resto near the food prep area...) but overall this isn't anything major and would return!
