HokBen Kelapa Gading is a solid spot for quick and tasty Japanese-inspired fast food. The restaurant is clean, service is efficient, and the food quality is consistent. Their signature bento boxes, tempura, and teriyaki dishes are satisfying, and the portions are decent for the price. It can get busy during peak hours, but the wait is usually manageable. A reliable choice for a casual meal.

Very small shop, even no toilet available.

This branch is very convenient because it is not located in a mall. Very easy for me to buy some takeout food. I will be in and out in no time. The branch is usually full with gojek and grab drivers. The line can be quite long. However, the food is always fresh. Weird thing is that they charge 1000 rupiah for takeout box. But other branch do not charge for takeout box. Why is that?

Lame and long service. Took 1 hour to get simple order, late at night with nobody else waiting. Never bought delivery here , lame

Intended for delivery purpose; not really intended for people to dine in... that's why there are only limited seats here... There is no restroom either here. Not all menu are ready to serve. If it is not ready, then you have to wait between 15 to 20 minutes before it is served...
