Delicious food, fast service time (20 minutes), the most exciting thing is the condition of the dining area, comfortable, open, fresh air (no AC), and a pool around the dining area which makes it feel like a village atmosphere.

We had family dinner here at our recent holiday in Jakarta and ordered some dishes like grilled fish with soy sauce, fried calamari, sour soup and a few veggie options. The food and drink options on the menu are quite extensive. The food we had were quite good and authentic Sundanese cuisine, but nothing special. The location and ambience of the place are good, but quite dark in the evening. Customer services from staff members were also good. You can pay with credit / debit cards. Though the experience were nice, they did not charge too high for service charge, only 5% which is reasonable compared to other places in Jakarta (usually 7.5 - 10%).

Great place to eat, lunch or dinner time, no reservations needed mostly becaus it is always available seat in weekdays.. a bit crowd on weekends.. food is scale 3 from 5 because it was served cold not a bit warm or something.. services are fast.. food and drinks get to the table early.. but prices are not friendly for most common people.. spent 2.5 million for 12 people.. understandable considering the location and the atmosphere set up..

It's like tropical paradise in the Kelapa Gading urban jungle. Awesome place to hang & chill with a lot of water to cool the location. Food is quite mediocre. Service quite slow cannot help it perhaps due to the size of the restaurant. Took a lot of pictures n videos here indeed. Traditional Sundanese restaurant on a big scale ... Usually Mang Engking restaurants are found next to paddy fields out of town in idyllic location. This restaurant brings idyllic to the urban forest indeed. There's a crucial dish that's missing in this branch of Mang Engking ... The prawn soup.

great dishes, great service, reasonably priced for what they offer. main selling point was the scenery and fish pond. fish feeding was fun experience, 5k for fish food. cleanliness is still good and need to be well kept.
