It's located right at the entrance of the Velodrome. The place is open-air and smoking is allowed. I ordered an iced kopi susu Brown sugar for Rp20k. Didn't expect it, but it turned out tasty, the milk is creamy and the coffee is strong enough, sweet but not too much, just right. For hanging out on-site it's decent enough. The only thing I don't like here is the staff often disappear, if you want to order you have to look for where the staff went first, sometimes they're hanging out too. Gives a lazy impression. That's the only downside, hopefully it can be improved.
