Found a hidden gem for snacking on dimsum in Kalisari. The menu is super varied & I didn't expect their hot dimsum menu to be so spicy it had me huffing and puffing. Sadly there are only 2 tables here, but it's sooo delicious and cozy!

UPDATED! A dimsum shop in Kalisari with a varied menu, and you can pay cash or scan Qris. This time, I tried the wonton chili oil for Rp 18.000. Best deal! I like how the wonton wrappers served here aren't too thick and are chewy. You can taste the chicken too. As for the chili oil, it wasn't spicy; somehow the garlic was overcooked, maybe because it was sautéed over high heat. Overall, the chili oil tasted pretty good and didn't feel too greasy in my mouth. To round out the flavor, the wonton chili oil was sprinkled with sesame seeds and scallions. Finally came back here to try the dimsum mozarella (Rp 18.000) and ceker pedas (Rp 12.000). One of the best dimsum places in Kalisari I've tried. The filling is really delicious. All the seasonings in the filling taste balanced, and the dimsum wrappers are thin. As for the spicy chicken feet, they just taste sweet and spicy. The heat only kicks in at the end and makes your tongue numb. Unlike the chicken feet at other Chinese restaurants, which have a pretty strong ginger aroma and flavor. Texture-wise, the meat comes off the bones easily. However, the bones are still hard because they aren't pressure-cooked. The portion is also generous; even after sitting at room temperature for 15 minutes, the chicken feet were still warm.

Alhamdulillah, awesome, the dimsum & chicken feet are sooo delicious, definitely recommended for anyone who likes dimsum. The place is clean and comfy, right beside apotek makorat kalisari.
