Bakso Son Hajisony offers a delightful culinary experience, primarily centered around its signature dish: bakso. The satisfyingly chewy texture ("kenyal") of the bakso, a characteristic that truly sets it apart. This texture adds significantly to the overall enjoyment, providing a pleasant mouthfeel with each bite. The flavor profile of the meatballs is also frequently praised, suggesting a well-balanced blend of meat and spices, creating a savory and umami-rich taste. Beyond bakso, the menu extends to include frozen meatballs, pempek, and tekwan, providing a broader selection for diners. The "urat" (tendon) bakso is a standout offering, often recommended by patrons. The broth served alongside the bakso is another crucial element contributing to the positive reception.
View on GoogleNice taste of meatball. But when we came its to long wait for the meatball to serve. The staff said that they change the soup so we must wait for the soup to get hot enough. When the meatball came its worth to wait. The meatball is chewy yet crispy at the same time. The taste also so good.
View on GoogleThe bakso is really good!! The soup and chilli is also good. The Bakso that I tried so far are tender and this Bakso is slightly chewy in a good way. It has some tendons in it that makes it chewy. The chewiness is the right amount. My frend told me this is called Bakso Urat (tendon). They gave me a side dish of balls & sausage look-alike food which I think is a default offering but not to my liking. They also sell frozen beef balls which many customers bought.
View on Googlethe meatball texture is actually nice but i don’t really like the taste of the broth, seems didn’t match as a meatball soup. i suggest u to buy the frozen one instead and just cook the meatball with ur own soup recipe. they only accept cash which pretty inconvenient especially when u didnt bring much cash in ur wallet. they also sell pempek frozen but it’s not that good for my personal taste. just ok
View on GoogleDecent meatball. That's it! Now come to payment : 1. Only accept cash payments. The worst ever! Doesn't have an EDC machine and no QRiS whatsoever! 2. You’re gonna waiting in line for 30 minutes just to pay for your meal. 3. The cashier is a robot. Only there to calculate your due and that’s it! Look, I know lot of places deserved the wait just to have your table service. Well, this is lost definitely don't worth the wait. Not even worth your time. Taste is one thing but customer service, which include the easiest way of payment method is vital because it’s how you treat you customer.
