My eldest brother and his wife held their simple wedding ceremony and reception there in 2012. The building was well-kept. The hall was surrounded with wooden walls/doors with louvre windows. The ceiling was high, the ventilation was good, the AC worked well, all of that made the hall not too cold and not too hot, just the right temperature. At that time, the hall could pack 200 people with the setting of half of them sitting in dinner tables and the other half sitting in the seats arranged close to the walls. This setting made the guests stayed longer, they enjoyed the reception while nibbling the food and talking with friends and relatives. Lastly, the building caretaker/administrator was friendly and accomodative. It made coordinating the caterer and sound engineer very smooth. There was no problem all through the wedding unless you counted having a hard time getting the guest off their seats when the reception was over (at 10 pm, the ceremony itself started at 5 pm. :)
