View on GoogleGraha Widya Patra was inaugurated in 1989. It is a museum that informs the public about everything related to the search for, exploration, processing, and use of petroleum. This museum is shaped like an offshore oil exploration platform, complete with its platform and lifeboat. Behind the building are 2 cylindrical buildings also called processing platforms. The displays here are concentrated in the main room and the exploration platform, which contain miniature displays and film projections intended to help viewers understand the formation of petroleum from fossils, the search for and processing of oil, and humanity's need for petroleum. #letsguide #letsguides #localguidesconnect #googlelocalguides #jakartalocalguides #indonesialocalguides #googlemaps #wisatajakarta #wisatamuseum #wisatamuseumjakarta

View on Googlethis is where I often relax in the courtyard with my family, the place is nice too, there's a food area, there are toilets, it's the closest location if we come through taman mini's back gate...don't forget to stop by here guys if you're visiting TMII
View on GoogleThis museum, opened in 1989 by President Soeharto, was built to mark the 100-year anniversary of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia. The museum's architecture is sophisticated, with a building shaped like an offshore platform standing over an artificial lake covering 11.000 m2. There is an exhibition room telling the history of petroleum buildings, a theater showing various short films, oil drilling equipment and historical displays, as well as a library and an auditorium that the public can rent.
