I visited this place twice, and both experiences were enjoyable. The first time was on a weekday. I ordered the Dori Dabu-Dabu with rice, and I really liked it. The fish was well-seasoned, and the dabu-dabu complemented the flavors perfectly. For dessert, I had Barongkok, a traditional Sulawesi banana dish. It was served cold, and I loveeeeed it. On my second visit, which was on a weekend, I ordered several dishes: Iga Bakar, Sate Sereh, Bakwan Jagung, Risol Smoke Beef, and Es Brenebon. Yes, it was quite a feast for just two people, haha! I enjoyed everything. The Iga Bakar was massive, and the risol was especially delicious. Overall, I had a great experience. The food took a little longer to arrive, but I think it was worth the wait. If you're looking for a quieter atmosphere, weekdays are the better option. As you can even bring your laptop and get some work done. If you prefer a livelier and more festive vibe, weekends are a great choice. Just be prepared for a longer wait for the food. The restaurant is located inside Jakarta Escape, near the padel court.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place totally deserves one. The cumi hitam is insanely so, so, SO good ✨ Super juicy, packed with flavor, and the seasoning is just perfect. It’s even better when you eat it with the nasi daun jeruk. Will definitely be coming back for this.

It's not only served Bataknese food, but many other Indonesian cuisines. All of the Menus here are Halal, 100%. No pork no lard. On the weekend, they also have Live music sometimes when you might spend your day off with families and sing along together 😁

Visited here to have a meeting with my colleagues. All food and drinks are very well executed. My favorite is lodeh kecombrang. Tasteful traditional dish simple well executed. Ayam goreng, tahu goreng, ikan asin and sambal are all good! Balanced taste, just lovely Indonesian food.
