As usual the place is nice. I usually order at the metland complex, because my house is behind the shophouses. I happened to be going to a salon near kopken JGC and stopped by. The experience I had today was really not okay. I was told to wait standing for 7 minutes to order. "Please wait a moment," said this female barista. After I waited while watching her organize the orders, she came back to me saying "if you want to order, wait 15-20 minutes because it goes by the queue. And there are lots of online orders". Seriously, why didn't you say that when I got to the cashier?? After I'd waited standing for 7 minutes, only then you said that? I was only ordering 1 large hot coffee latte, no sugar. After a bit of arguing, she finally said "okay, I'll make it for you, sorry". Please, pay attention to your staff. I happen to also own a small coffee shop/small business in South Jakarta, and I used to have a coffee shop franchise too, we don't treat customers like that. If you're overwhelmed with orders, how about just telling me right away at the cashier that the wait will be a bit long? As simple as that. And there's no need to smile with the security guard after arguing with me. Manners are number 1, everything else will follow.
