The most affordable menu is the "Hemat set". You can choose from Hemat 1 until Hemat 4, but no drink. If you want the drink included, you can choose "Value Set". The meal is the same with Hemat set, and get extra soup and 1 cold ocha (tea). QR, debit and credit cards are accepted.

Purchased Bento Special 4 (Should get beef teriyaki and 2 prawn katsu) yet they changed it to chicken teriyaki and only 1 prawn katsu. Yet another disappointment hokben location in north Jakarta, waiting for 10 mins no one shows up on the order counter. Trying to go to pickup location and yet to be asked for making a detour, to wait for another 10 mins.

Lousy service. Order before 12 pm by online, arrived 12:15 still not ready. Until 12:45 still not everything ready. Salad extra small.

If you do takeaway order from the inside, expect your order to be skipped by one or two between. For whatever reason, they handled takeaway order from the kitchen, not the front where the food was already available for grabs. I asked what happened to my order, since it's been skipped from once to twice, they did communicate but never gave me the information about it. Also expect the drive thru to be empty. It's been days, even weeks that around this time, no ones there to work on it.
