My recommendation is to stay away from this restaurant. I came with two local friends so language was not an issue. Ordering is through an app, but was cumbersome and ultimately we were unable to place our order through the app. The service staff refused several times to take her order before finally giving in. It turns out they were unable to successfully process the order also. After a long wait incorrect food was delivered to our table and had to be sent back. The food eventually delivered was hot and tasted fine. I had the beef bento and my local friends had the fried rice. I think service is the missing ingredient here.

I really hate that they force you to login to your email and put phone number just so you can order throught the website. In the website there is an option to continue as guest but that option is greyed out and unclickable. So i had to put in email, then the email need to be verified, then you have to put a phone number or cannot continue (I put wrong number). This is a forceful data collection. I wanted to go eat somewhere else but my friend already placed order. The food is ok but overpriced.

When I came I planned to WFC but there is no working WIFI here. When I figured it out I can't cancel my latte that planned to be released 3 hours after I came, bad digital ordering system :(

Overall good enough for me, plus The food itself is just okay, standard cafe food, nothing special. The service is good, nice and kind staff. Even they're already minimized the interaction between the customer and the staff via application for ordering the food. The facilities are complete enough. Toilets, parking lot, smoking area and prayer room available. The atmosphere is very good, cozy and suitable for relaxing. Natural ambiance. The price is too pricey for me. For that kind of food and beverages and the presentation.
