About the food i just ordered tokyo bowl gyudon and ogura(red bean) ice, the first one has quite tasty but i still can't describe about what is it, and the ogura ice was good for people who like simple dessert this thing was recommended The minus of this place was the time to wait the main course to be served, they need more than 30minutes to be ready, i think that was too long for waiting if you choose to dine in, even i know the reason because this hokben was open 24/7 and they are who provide hokben delivery, that's why it take so long

Very slow service. For a certain menu they say it will take 20 minutes but turns out it takes 40 minutes+. What a waste of time. Menu should not be sold if it takes that long

Food was served good and tasty, location strategic and waiters very friendly

This is 24 hr Hokben. This place is quite small with very limited parking space. This place seems receiving too many order from online platform, so expect slow response when dine in this place. Because too many order, sometimes you see its security is also helping kitchen to prepare food, which to me seem not very good and less hygiene.

been ages since the last time I went to Hokben. the taste is pretty consistent BUT - the ebi furai was not as beautiful as 20 years ago lol - the beef yakiniku, chicken teriyaki, takoyaki and all fried goods weren't served hot. this one point was pretty disappointing - the pudding is the most unworthy item out of all items I purchased
