Pempek is all about the cuka, or the vinegar dressing/sauce. You can have tasty and savory pempek or fish cake, but without equally good cuka, you'd feel like you miss something. It's the case with this pempek joint. The cuka is too sweet and something missing I don't what.

I dunno, I think it's a bit pricey, I bought kapal selam 1 lenjer 1 kulit 1 and spent around 78rban.. The cuko sauce is also just average, leaning sweet
