We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The ambience was very pleasant—comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent and truly made a difference. Martha, Cici, Gunawan, Yayan, and Ubay were all attentive, friendly, and professional. They were quick to help, polite, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, great ambience and outstanding service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again.

This was the best Japanese food I’ve ever had and the service and atmosphere was excellent. Especially Cici and yayan who were very helpful and attentive as well as helping me with my plans for the day.

Good place to have an authentic Japanese food. Ambience is amazing, very private and not crowded. Service is very on point, was helped by Kanaya, Cici, and Gunawan. Would come back here again!

Had a fantastic lunch experience at the Japanese restaurant inside Gran Melia Hotel. Every dish was delicious — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was exceptional: fast, friendly, and truly top-notch. Big shout out to Shaummi, Citra, Martha, Yayan, Reza, and Chairul for their warm hospitality and excellent service. You all made our visit even more memorable. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
