They keep on confirming the order on Gojek when the bread is actually not available. Then they will call you and force you to buy another kind of bread. Super stressful and bad customer service. I would rate 0 stars.

Ordered a custom cake 3 days in advance and it had been confirmed by the store. But only 1 hour before pickup was I told that the cake couldn't be made and my order was cancelled with no solution and no compensation. I'm even a regular customer but still got let down. Never again, ugh.

The service is seriously so bad,, I ordered a birthday cake from go food, it was a total mess,, not fit to be sold in that condition,, so ugly, what kind of cake looks like that,,please check it first next time before sending it, don't be careless
