Unacceptable wait time, micro-portions, and sketchy seafood Waiting 30 minutes just to be served a virtually empty plate is an absolute joke. When the food finally arrived, it got even worse: barely four tiny pieces of sashimi lost on a bed of shredded radish. To make matters worse, the scallops looked atrocious—yellowish, translucent, waterlogged, and anything but fresh. Serving raw scallops in that state is honestly a health hazard. Zero sense of service, zero respect for the customer's time, and terrible quality for the price. I didn't even dare finish them. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

Phenomenal sushi! It’s rare to find this level of quality and service at such a great value. They definitely deserve every bit of their five-star rating. This is arguably the best sushi experience I’ve had in Indonesia so far.

Sushi Hiro One Satrio has good food quality, but unfortunately the service was less responsive. When we mentioned an issue with a wobbly table, the staff was not very proactive or solution-oriented in handling the situation. This affected the overall dining experience. Hopefully, service responsiveness and attention to facilities can be improved in the future

Sushi Hiro serves creative and fresh sushi with beautiful presentation. Prices are a bit high, but worth it. They also have a very cozy private room available, perfect for small gatherings.
