One of its locations in the One Satrio complex, the popular eatery known for its fish soup is definitely a staple place for a comforting lunch/dinner packed with flavor. Suji’s fish soup - whether you get the fried or boiled/steamed fish is delicious - salty, sour and tart at the same time, a perfect coupling with steamed rice for an enjoyable meal. Recommend to take some time to remove the peppercorns if you are able - it’s worth the time rather than accidentally biting into a peppercorn which if you aren’t used to, could be an unpleasant experience. There are several a la carte menu items that we ordered including chicken wings, salt and pepper squid, lemon chicken, steamed chicken and hunan beef, all quite good as well - but the overall star is the soup. The One Satrio location also serves egg tarts when available, which provide a nice round-up for the meal. Service was good - quick and efficient. The overall atmosphere is inviting, bright and a good place for an after-work excursion or a lunch/dinner with family.

This was my first time eating here and I’m really impressed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience feel warm and comfortable. The food was super good — flavorful, fresh, and served in generous portions that really make the visit worth it. You can tell they pay attention to both the taste and the presentation. The overall vibe of the place is cozy and pleasant, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. With great service and delicious dishes, this is definitely a restaurant I’d be happy to come back to. Highly recommended!

First time trying this resto. Ordered steamed fish soup and I can understand why every customer praised it. Steamed fish by itself is tasty. Most other steamed fish that I've tried had no taste and had to dip in sauce. Not so the stamed fish here. The soup is so refreshing. Other dishes equally good....roast duck skin is crispy and meat tender, chicken was delicious and flavourful, beancurd soft and tasty. I highly recommend Suji.

it was good and nice but they hv decided to change the way to heat the fish from a gas stove type to candle type. Now it doesn’t taste delicious and nice anymore as the dish is not hot. We decided not to eat at Suji anymore. that’s why we only give one star for food. Very Disappointed w Suji. Why change a successful biz model?
