Outstanding Lanzhou Lamian spot in Kuningan! The hand-pulled beef noodles have the perfect chewiness, and the broth is deeply flavorful. Don't miss out on their chili chicken and Mapo Tofu—the spices are authentic and perfectly adjusted to the palate. The restaurant located inside Oakwood is very clean, comfortable, and offers a great ambiance. Excellent food and quick service!

Came here for the first time, unfortunately for me the signature beef noodle soup is the only one that stand out and is good in this visit. roujiamo is just not up to the mark, most disappointing which was something I looked forward for was the boiled lamb ribs, it's too tough and not tender at all. Beef skewers is also too salty.

No waiting, just get fast seat. Great atmosphere, the waitress is so helpful, the food. Wow beyond my expectations, so delicious 😍 The food is mostly for 2 person portion, I try jjajangmyeon, beef noodle in clear soup (can choose type of noodles that you want tho), roujiamo. All the food is delicious not bad at all, Recommend to try Xinjiang food in here. All this food so Halal.

Sibohu Lanzhou Beef Noodles is a restaurant in Jakarta specializing in the famous Lanzhou beef noodle soup from northwestern China. The signature dish features clear beef broth, hand-pulled noodles, thinly sliced beef, white radish, cilantro, and chili oil—offering an authentic taste of Lanzhou. The restaurant has a clean, casual setting and is popular among locals and Chinese expatriates craving traditional hand-pulled noodles.

Went for lunch on a weekend, it was crowded but there were tables available. Ordering process was mostly digital but the payment was conducted at the cashier. However, when we had questions about the menu, we got immediate help from the staff. I got their signature beef noodle with 2mm noodle thickness (they seriously got RANGE of options), and a side of beef dumplings (originally wanted shrimp dumplings but it was unavailable). I also got their refillable plum tea. Noodles was superb. I enjoyed the soup and the springiness of the noodles. However, the proportion was quite off, as the noodles was overwhelmingly abundant and the beef was not as much. It would be perfect with a little less noodles and a little more beef. Dumplings were so so, the dough was good but the filling was just okay. The plum tea was a pleasant surprise (I had no expectation because it was my first time) and cleanses everything off nicely.
