Such a nice izakaya in Jakarta! 🍣 The food was tasty, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was great. Perfect for eat with friends. Will definitely come back! 🥢✨
View on GoogleHidden gem japanese resto, located inside a luxurious apartment building. Interior design is so beautiful 😍 & very cozy, perfect for hanging out alone or with friends after office hour. Althought the place looks luxurious but the price is actually quite affordable. Open kitchen style & the Food is delicious. 👍👍👍.
View on GoogleWe recently visited Izakaya Murasaki in Central Jakarta, located in the Arden Grove building. It’s a fairly new restaurant, and I was told by a friend who is one of the owners that one of the chefs is from Japan. That definitely raised my expectations. The place itself is wonderful. The atmosphere feels intimate and well put together, very much in line with a modern Japanese izakaya concept. The menu focuses mainly on grilled Japanese skewers, and I have to say, those were well executed. We ordered around eight dishes to try a bit of everything, and overall the flavors were enjoyable and thoughtfully curated. That said, we did try the tuna sashimi, which was a special menu at the time. Unfortunately, there was too much silver skin on the tuna, which affected the texture. We addressed this to the staff, and they handled it professionally, even offering a complimentary gesture. We also had a salmon dish that was overly salty, but they replaced it and did not charge us for it, which we appreciated. Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable for the quality and location. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back, but probably skip the tuna sashimi next time and stick to the grilled items, which seem to be their stronger point.
View on Googlewe came here and ordered some food and drink, the service was good, staff its so friendly and humble
View on GoogleI've seen and visited izakaya restaurants in Japan, but this time i found one in Indonesia. Unexpectedly, the taste is quite similar to the one i've tried in Japan. The atmosphere also reminds me of Japan, because there are many Japanese guests there, as well as the chef, and the interior is also very nice. The service from the waiters was also very good, friendly, and helpful. I will come here again and invite other friends.
