Tried Burmese food for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The food felt comforting and lighter—not too heavy, yet still rich in flavor. It was also interesting that their tofu is made from chickpeas. The Burmese Semolina Cake was delicious and one of the highlights. Service was excellent. The staff were helpful and attentive. Overall, a pleasant dining experience and a great place to try something different.
View on GoogleThis place definitely deserves more recognition. It was my first time trying Burmese food, and honestly, I didn’t even know there was a Burmese restaurant around here until I randomly found this place. Since Burmese cuisine is pretty rare (at least from what I know in Jakarta), I came in with no expectations—and turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. Everything was well-seasoned and packed with unique flavors. Many of the dishes felt familiar yet refreshingly different at the same time. The ambiance was another highlight. I loved how they played traditional instrumental music in the background—it added a sense of authenticity and made the whole experience feel more immersive. For a moment, I genuinely forgot I was in the middle of Jakarta and felt like I had just landed somewhere in mainland Southeast Asia lol. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the experience even better. As for the price, I found it very reasonable compared to other restaurants in a similar category. Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and good value for money. Definitely a place worth trying!

View on GoogleThe highlight of my visit was the exceptional taste of the food. Every dish was rich in spices yet balanced, allowing the natural ingredients to shine. The famous Burmese tea was particularly impressive. The mango salad were aromatic and comforting packed with flavor. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, making it suitable for both casual lunches and family dinners. The staff were friendly, attentive, and happy to explain the dishes for me as first-time visitors unfamiliar with Burmese cuisine.
