It’s always satisfying having meal in GION, wherever the branch is. All taste good, curry udon, sushi is fresh. Love it

Came here with some friends and picked this menu. The food was good, and the Japanese cozy vibe was really nice. Only downside, it was pretty crowded so the serving time was quite long.

Gion The Sushi Bar at Chillax Sudirman is one of my favorite restaurant bcoz of its authentic atmosphere and creative sushi rolls. ​Freshness of the salmon and the unique flavor profiles of their signature rolls are the main reason I visit them. ​Gion Cheese Lava Roll is "must-order," I praise this Roll bcoz its creamy, melted cheese topping and rich flavor. ​Hot Dishes: The Gyu Truffle Ramen and Ishiyaki Beef Truffle Don are my kids favorite because for their strong umami aroma and tender meat. ​Atmosphere & Ambience ​The restaurant is located within the Chillax complex, which features a European-style alfresco layout. ​Interior: The restaurant itself maintains a modern Japanese aesthetic with lanterns and synthetic greenery, providing a "homey" and "aesthetic" vibe. ​Location: Its position in the heart of Sudirman makes it a "go-to" spot for office workers seeking a wholesome dinner after work. ​Seating: While the interior is comfortable but Air conditioned is super chilled. I prefer sitting outside if it's the right climate. ​Parking- There is ample parking in the Chillax area, but a minor point of feedback is that the restrooms are located outside the main restaurant building.

Hands down, one of the best sushi restaurants in Jakarta! 🙌🏼 Every menu we tried did not disappoint at all. We ordered several dishes from sushi rolls, salad, and the mini & ishiyaki don, and none of them failed. Everything was delicious. We also love the atmosphere. The place's interior design adopts a Japanese inspired design with nice touches of wooden materials, which makes it feel warm and authentic. The staff were super nice, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Definitely a must visit if you are looking for great sushi and a cozy Japanese dining experience at Chillax.

The food is quite good, lots of variation. The service was great. The atmosphere was nice but too crowded when i visited.
