I tried Alkisah and it has a concept similar to a warteg where you can choose dishes directly from the display (etalase), or order from the menu if you prefer. It’s very convenient and gives you plenty of options depending on what you’re in the mood for. The place is clean and relatively quiet, which makes it comfortable to dine in. I also like that they offer different types of rice like white, red, and even green rice, which is quite unique. They also sell snacks and traditional treats like nastar and bakpia, so it’s not just for meals but also for a quick bite or takeaway.
View on GoogleComfort local food in Kuningan area Known for its Rames Hijau - 38k and Nasi Mercon Tasted so delicious, with 🌶 ready to kick your mouth The ambience is nice, quiet on weekdays night, more into traditional ambience Find interesting ornament with Star Wars posters, and Japanese comic books in the toilet!! Haha Downside place is closed at 8PM. Give it a try if you're in the area!!
View on GoogleReally tasty place in Jakarta with good prices. The food is really fresh and healthy! They have a large selection to choose from. Many vegan options. The coffee is excellent here. Its made correctly without burning the beans. Nice balanced flavor. The place is clean and full of good vibes! Good energy here! Must try! 5 stars!
View on GoogleGreat food and excellent coffee. The atmosphere feels retro yet still warm and cozy, making it a really nice place to hang out with your friends or family. Service was quite slow during my visit, but overall still a good experience.
View on GoogleAmazing. I’ve been eating food around whole of Java, but the food here is hard to beat. Just love it! My fave is the chili marinated liver, and papaya leaves. Also the tamarind ice tea
