Just had the most amazing banh mi and pho! 🍜 The flavors were absolutely incredible, truly a taste of Vietnam right here. 🇻🇳 And don't even get me stopped on the ambience of the restaurant; it was so cozy and inviting. ✨ I could have stayed there all day just soaking in the vibe. 😌 The decor was super cute too, making the whole experience even better. 💯 Definitely a new favorite spot for me. After getting caught in Jakarta’s sudden drizzle that turned into heavy rain yesterday afternoon, I found myself craving something warm and comforting. Ended up having dinner at Yeu Saigon Cafe. We started with the Bánh Phở Cuốn Tôm-Chả (95k), fresh pho rolls filled with shrimp, chicken, and aromatics in every bite. It came with peanut sauce and a light garlicky sweet-and-sour sauce that paired really well with the rolls. For the main dish, I ordered the Phở Bò Tái Saigon (120k). The portion was huge, but what I liked most was the clean and comforting broth. It came with generous slices of ribeye beef and meatballs, making it feel really hearty. They also served plenty of fresh herbs and aromatics on the side like Vietnamese basil, cilantro, ngo gai, and rau om. Kudos to the staff for explaining each of them so I could actually tell the difference between the herbs. The Trà Gừng Sả (40k), a ginger lemongrass tea served in a pot, stayed warm throughout the meal and honestly made the rainy evening even better. A great place when you want to treat yourself to a comforting meal with big portions and satisfying flavors.

Must try if longing for Vietnamese food in Jakarta. The pho was almost perfect as one could eat in Hanoi. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t find sour fish soup on the menu but this would be a rare item anyway.

Already eat here 4 times. The best saigon group restaurant in this town. Turns out this place is the first Saigon Resto. Best menu as always Pho Ga. It taste just like supe comfort food that makes you energize, full but do not feeling sick. The crew always welcome and serve us with smile and they are excellence service. Just today i eat, and i feel happy because i found the fermented fish sauce here. It is personal for me, because reminds me of my vietnam bestfriend who cooked it from strach for me once we studied in Japan together. This restaurant is really something. Not only pleasurize our belly and tongue, but also warm up my heart and mind. Thank you so much for best experience. Please try the fried silken tofo with that fermented fish sauce, it is melted in your mouth!

everything we tried here was good (and plentiful - great for sharing!) the best part about this place, though, was the service. friendly, proactive waiters. wawan was incredibly knowledgeable about the dishes and made us feel comfortable avoiding our allergens :)
