We chose this restaurant for our dinner on January 1st. Pricewise it is quite high, but it definitely matches the taste and excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who also helped explain the menu clearly. A complete set of condiments is available at the table, and they are even happy to prepare them for you if needed. The staff also proactively asked if we wanted help cracking the egg and separating the yolk from the white for the meat dipping sauce. The meat took quite a while to be served since it was very crowded at the time, but the taste and quality were highly satisfying. I will definitely come back whenever I am craving good meat. As we were leaving, we noticed a puddle of clear water at the back of the restaurant. When we informed them, the staff were very quick to clean it up and investigate. Hopefully, the issue is completely resolved now!

Enjoyed our overall dining experience here. Ordered the Sura Signature Trio Combo. Wagyu steak 10/10 Tteokgalbi steak 9/10 Chicken steak 8/10 Korean traditional soup 11/10 (if they sell a menu of just the soup and rice i would buy it) Corn Tea 7/10 Honey Pumpkin 8/10 Raw egg tidak amis. Pickles were great. Kimchi just right. Even the sambal bawang surprisingly enak. Didnt really taste the Yuzu in the Mayo though. Great meal, would definitely come back for more some time in the future.

Located across the cinema (if you show them your movie ticket you can get discount-very clever idea👍🏻) Its a new place here and an alternative of similar hamburg steak grill tupe like R** Bandung or the Hxxxxx one always long queue at PIM5. This is a much much more affordable for Jakarta with Korean theme. Some similarities of the interior as the Jakarta with silver/ grey and wooden minimalist theme. Off course must try the Signature menu: 3type of meat : ddeokgalbi sweet taste, mince chicken (can choose spicy or ori) and wagyu. Condiments quite various Banchan got 2 pickles plus a radish soup. The soup is fresh good ones. Rice and soup is free refill. At the end, your choice os standards, budget etc to decide. What is your preference and expected quality? 😉

Visited while exploring Lotte Mall Kuningan after a friend recommended this place. As a first-time customer, I was a bit confused by the voucher redemption process. I initially thought it was for a set menu, but it turned out to be a discount voucher with a minimum purchase requirement (200k). A quick explanation from the staff would have been helpful, as the final price ended up being about the same as ordering directly. Had I known that beforehand, I probably would have skipped the single portion and gone for one of the couple sets instead, which seemed to offer better value. The hamburg itself was well-prepared, but the Korean-style seasoning wasn't quite my preference as it leaned toward the salty side, especially when paired with the kimchi. The pumpkin side dish and radish soup were enjoyable, though. One thing worth noting: there was no guidance at all on how to enjoy or mix the dish, so the experience can be quite confusing for first-time visitors. Overall, an interesting experience. I'd be open to giving it another try in the future, probably with a larger group so we can sample more of the menu together.

My wife and I visited this place for our iftar dinner, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The restaurant was bustling during iftar time, and we received our turn promptly at 7pm. We ordered the Trio Signature Combo and the Royal Duo Combo. These included three types of meat: Wagyu, Teokgalbi, and Chicken Galbi, served with side dishes like potato salad, kimchi, sweet tomato pickles, and pumpkin honey. It also came up with free refill rice and soup. The rice itself is really good. Each meal came with an egg, which could be enjoyed raw or cooked. The highlight was undoubtedly the meat—cooked to perfection from high-quality beef with just the right seasoning. The juices and tenderness of the meat were exceptional, making it a memorable dining experience.
