We had an excellent dinner at Samwon Garden again earlier tonight. We come here now and then and we have never been disappointed. We shared Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake with mozzarella) to start with and then I had my usual Bulgogi Bibimbap, to which I always add some eggs. I like to eat it spicy and so I add plenty of Gochujang. It was great again tonight and very filling. My partner had Sundubu jigae, a spicy soft tofu soup, and I got a good review as well. Samwon has quite an extensive grill menu as well, but the prices are significantly steeper than those of the dishes we had tonight. My better half is more of a meat eater than I am, and he finds the meat dishes very decent as well. All in all, Samwon Garden stands for a solid Korean dining experience if you are in the neighborhood of Lotte Shopping Avenue.

Samwon Garden is one of best Korean restaurants in Jakarta 👍 Beef barbecue is very good, but also very expensive. A la carte or a meal is easy to approach. My favorite is Yuk Hwe Bibim Bap (beef sashimi mixed rice). Raw beef should be very fresh, Samwon meets it. Vegetable is also good and healthy flavor. Galbi Yukgaejang is spicy soup with beef bone rib. All other Samwon’s soups have deep flavor base of soup, so never fail. One disadvantage is location. Jalan Dr Satrio is always traffic jam and 5th floor of Lotte Avenue. Nevertheless, I will visit here definitely.

One of Korean restaurants in Jakarta, located in Lotte Shopping Avenue-Kuningan, the place is on the fifth floor. Offering the nice view of the city, this restaurant is quite private with spacious dining area. Menu are varies, with large portion like it should and pretty authentic taste. The hospitality's good and usually packed during lunch and dinner time. Taste good and their price are understandable.

Very good Korean restaurant. We had lunch here and I had the “Bibim Naengmyeon” or cold noodles, whilw my colleague had a “LA Galbi Jeongsik” or a hot plate of ribs and a Bowl of “Sundubu jiggae” or tofu soup. All were very good and delicious. The Banchan or complimentary appetizers also good and generous. Service was fast, proper, and friendly.
