As far back as I can remember, the Richeese Factory outlet in Ambassador Mall has been operating since mid-decade of 2010-2020. It is part of the Ambassador Mall Food court, to be exact, some 4 floors up from the lobby. The outlet is clean, with plenty of seats due to its strategic position in the food court. You can dine, take away or even order by some food delivery applications.

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken online as two different meals. We requested they put all thighs. They sent us 1 thigh and 5 side wings which is mostly bone. The chicken they sent was old and rubbery. I will never order from this store again.
