This mall was incredibly spacious and offered a wide variety of cuisines and dining options to choose from. The signage was clear and easy to follow, making it simple to navigate around the mall. We also loved the interior—it was modern, beautiful, and well-designed. The grocery store was another highlight, with plenty of discounted items that we ended up purchasing as souvenirs to bring home. Compared to its counterpart in Lotte Mall Hanoi, this one was noticeably smaller and had fewer options to offer. Still, it was a great place to explore, shop, and dine.

Lotte Mall doesn’t get overly crowded even on weekends, so you can enjoy it comfortably without being overwhelmed by people. You also don’t have to wait long when eating. On the first and second floors, there are many brands from Korea that you won’t find in other malls, and the prices are more affordable than you might expect.

The only real downside of this mall is its location. It’s in the Satrio area, which is almost always crowded, so getting here by car or bus can be quite a hassle. Other than that, this mall is genuinely great. Almost perfect, even. Motorcycle parking is easy to access and well-managed, without treating riders as an afterthought. That’s a big plus. Inside, the mall is bright, clean, and spacious. There are plenty of tenants, and most of the outlets are large, so even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel cramped. Everything feels well laid out. Signage is clear and easy to follow, and the toilets are clean and conveniently located throughout the mall. Overall, a very comfortable place to shop, eat, and spend time, if you can survive the traffic getting there.

Lotte Mall is a phenomenal and distinct shopping center that brings a unique, modern Korean flare right to the center of Jakarta. The mall is wonderfully spacious, boastful of bright, contemporary architecture, and exceptionally easy to navigate. It stands out by offering a fantastic mix of trendy fashion boutiques, massive electronics stores, and specialized lifestyle shops that you cannot easily find elsewhere. ​What makes Lotte Mall particularly special is its deep embrace of Korean culture, often featuring authentic Korean supermarket items, K-beauty brands, and gorgeous thematic decorations that make for perfect photo opportunities. The dining selection is superb, ranging from casual street-food style snacks to high-end dining experiences. It is less overwhelmingly crowded than other mega-malls, making for a much more relaxed, comfortable, and sophisticated shopping experience. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for great retail options and a cool, cultural vibe.
