⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Kafe Betawi Kota Kasablanka. The food was delicious, with authentic Betawi flavors and generous portions. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for both casual lunches and family gatherings. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll come back to whenever I’m craving Indonesian comfort food. Highly recommended!

The taste of the nasi timbel empal was just so so. For me, nothing special but ok. The food was not hot enough when it served, also the sayur asem. Price is normal for a restaurant placed in a mall in jakarta city. Not cheap.

food are tasty here .. really like nasi goreng kampung and sate ayam services are also excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly .. love it highly recommended resto 👍🏼

I recently dined at Kafe Betawi for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable Indonesian cuisine offered in a mall setting. I ordered a few dishes, including: 1. Soto Betawi Campur - The broth was perfectly balanced, with a rich coconut milk flavor and a hint of lime. 2. Perkedel - The portion was generous, with two thick and potato-filled perkedel for only Rp 13,000++. A great value for an add-on. 3. Nasi Putih (White Rice) - While the texture was fine, I felt it lacked aroma. Adding pandan or offering nasi uduk (coconut milk rice) might enhance the flavor. 4. Es Teh Manis (Sweet Tea) - While it was standard sweet tea, I think adding pandan to the simple syrup would elevate the flavor and aroma. The food was satisfying, but the service fell short of my expectations. With a service charge, I hope to see improvements in service excellence. A special thank you to Mas Huda for his attentive service. Hopefully, he'll set a standard for the team.

I had a great business dinner at Betwai in Kambodja Mall Jakarta! We went on a Saturday night, so it was unsurprisingly busy. And we needed to eat a traditional Indonesian dish. So this was the best available option. Luckily, we were able to find a good table. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even had a good sense of humor. We tried a variety of dishes and drinks, and everything came out quickly. The staff also did a great job of keeping the tables clean and cleared. Paying the bill was a breeze too. Overall, a very positive experience, especially considering how busy they were. Highly recommend Betwai for a fun and efficient dining experience!
