I dine here regularly and absolutely love the food. Every dish is prepared with great care. My favorite is the Fish and Chips and roasted chicken, which I order every single time. The portion is extremely generous. It’s made with deep-fried salmon, so it perfectly suits my taste. I always enjoy a cup of coffee after the meal, and their coffee is excellent too. The atmosphere is elegant, and all the staff members are incredibly friendly, I was served by Novita today. She was warm and her service was good.

Found this place after having some treatments on the 4th floor of Lotte Shopping Avenue. I was looking for a café or restaurant with a smoking area, but most of the options were limited and quite crowded. Then I came across this place. It’s clean, elegant, and has a calm, slightly upscale atmosphere with classical music in the background. The French-Mediterranean food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and quick. It’s also a perfect spot to have a meal, enjoy a drink, and actually have a conversation without having to compete with loud music or crowds. Located on the LG floor of Lotte Shopping Avenue, Jl. Satrio, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Open daily from 10 AM to 11 PM. Definitely a great find, especially for those looking for a comfortable smoking area in LoVe mall.

Had the Rib Eye Steak at Journée Kuningan and really enjoyed it! The meat was tender and juicy, with a nice beefy flavor, and the portion was quite satisfying. I came here with my husband and son, and what I really loved was how friendly the staff were with my son. They even invited him to color together and gave him some paper and colored pencils. Such a simple gesture, but it really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The service was great overall—everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Good food, cozy ambience, and genuinely warm service. Definitely a nice place for a family dinner. Would love to come back again!

You can tell they don’t overcomplicate things; they let the ingredients speak. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it suitable for both casual dinners and slightly more special occasions. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waiter, Suci, was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. She made helpful recommendations and ensured everything was running smoothly throughout the meal. Overall, it’s a spot I’d gladly come back to—great food, especially the steaks, and service that makes you feel well taken care of.
