Do not accept orders with specific notes if you cannot fulfill them. I ordered the white sourdough through GrabFood. Based on the photos on the app, the loaf is shown whole and uncut, which is exactly what I needed. I also clearly wrote a note saying “jangan dipotong.” However, when the driver arrived, the bakery informed him that they only had loaves that were already cut. If that was the case, the order should not have been accepted in the first place. Accepting an order while ignoring the customer’s note wastes everyone’s time and effort. Please ensure that orders with specific requests are only accepted if they can actually be fulfilled, or inform the customer beforehand so they can decide whether to proceed or cancel.

I went to another branch of Don Bakeshop, this one was smaller than the one in Grand Indonesia, but the products were pretty much the same and similar quality as well. Do come early because they sold the fave items pretty fast, and this place has no seat, so take away only. Service was fast, people were helpful, price was very affordable. Will definitely be back.

The pastries are sooo good. Especially their eclairs... I really liked the hazelnut one. The flavor is just just satisfying in your mouth. Too bad when I came they only have a few left. Most of their collection was out. I would suggest to come earlier in the day so you can have many options to choose from.

Delicious 😋 scrumptious 🥪 bakehouse Don bake shop sells croissants 🥐, bread 🥪🍞, pastries 🥟🥠, cakes 🎂🍰🧁, macarons and fruit cakes 🍓🍒🍎🍍🍇 Suddenly chocolate 🍫 and cheese 🧀🧈 become my staples for survival 😋😋😋 Price is moderate for the quality 👍 Too many tempting bakes, I must come back for more. Location is at ITC kuningan near Dear Butter, on the same floor as the food court area.
