With 40% discount in the morning for its coffee and the price is already reasonable at 30-35k for small or medium hot Saigon milk / Vietnam Drip Milk cofee, this is a good deal for morning coffee. Ending up laying 20k for each coffee.

I needed to apply for a visa at the VFS so I went to Kuningan City early in the morning. I wanted to have breakfast first and found that this place opens at 7am, and moreover, it's Vietnamese, and what's more, it offers egg coffee, which I really like! And I was not disappointed! We arrived right when it opened business for the day. We could have our coffee and some pastries right away, but the heavier meals like banh mi must wait until 7:30, which was fine for us. The egg coffee was how it was supposed to be - savory because of the egg, yet still giving us the characteristic sweetness of Vietnamese (milk) coffee. The banh mi was thick and delicious! Meanwhile, the Saigon pineapple tea was a surprising, fresh offer. Would love to go back to taste more of what they have to offer!

Hidden gem. One of the best pho I've ever tried. Tasty broth, tender meat, fresh ingredients. They also have employee discount 20%.

Went here 1PM as I had Chope voucher to use. Located in 1st floor Kuningan City, they have lots of indoor and outdoor seatings. Wifi is ok, not so much electric plugs, and servers are friendly. Interior is clean and simple, however as it’s next to entrance gate it can get a bit noisy. They serve Viet and Indonesian cuisine as well as coffee & variety of drinks, all at a reasonable price. I had their Aussie beef & meatball pho and Viet drip black coffee. 1. The pho taste awesome for 50k, beef and meatball are tender & soft, the soup is tasty on its own, but I feel the portion is a bit small and too much onions inside. 2. The coffee is very strong and thick. Really opens your eyes on a sleepy mood, if you’re not into strong coffee better try the one with milk. Overall I’d come back here when around Kuningan and in the mood of Viet food or coffee at a good price. They also have some deals to check out

Honestly I underestimate their Pho but turns out it was really good. Tried their Pho Australian Beef & meatball and Saigon Milk Coffee. Their Pho’s broth was so rich, warm and comforting. They don’t use coriander leaves and use fresh basil instead that gives their pho a refreshing taste. Their milk coffee was also not bad, the caffeine really kicked! The location are quite spacious, got smoking and non smoking area. The staffs are nice and friendly. If you show them your employee id, they will reduce your bill. Recommended!
