Yes it was just one piece of breast, but the chicken really was worth it. Especially considering that the rice was a bit on the dry side. The matah was also a bit dry, but once mixed with the chicken both the rice and the matah really come together to make a beautiful combo. I would have preferred a bit more oil and acidity on the matah, but i really love how it doesn't hold its punches - i am still sweating profusely as i write this. I also tried their sandwiches, and the balgogie bread really did have such good bulgogi beef slices i wonder how they can turn a profit at 45 K IDR for a foot long (well i can understand how 30 K for a 6" works, but really 45 for a foot-long really is a steal). I really applaud how well toasted the bread is and how juicy the bulgogi beef AND the cheese steak variant is. But really i realized too late that perhaps the bulgogi would have worked better with the matah and rice whilst i should have just gone with my guts and ordered the foot-long cheese steak. Even the cheese component is not that run-of-the-mill awful awful thing they dare call "cheese" that one finds in most purveyors at this price range. Subsequently, it also has that nice acidity and spiciness from pickled jalapenos, so it really rounds things off so well.
