The food is cheap. So I’m not expecting a premium dining experience at this price point. The food itself is pretty decent for what you pay. That said, there are a few things that could seriously be improved. The floor was extremely slippery, with what felt like oil everywhere, which is not only uncomfortable but also a potential safety issue. The indoor area could also use better acoustic treatment. The room feels quite “hall-like” and gets noisy, making conversations harder than they need to be. Cheap food is totally fine, but basic cleanliness, safety, and comfort should still be there.

Unfortunately, the dining area is a bit cramped and ventilation isn’t great. But overall its ok Been here twice and the taste is consistent. Prices are quite affordable for a place in Kemang Nasi ayam kecombrang is the best

My wife and I are wandering around the area to have brunch. So she started to google for a restaurant with a local wisdom in the area and google recommend this place. So, we went to place with no trouble as it's by the roadisde and has sign which is easy to be seen. As we went in, there 4 groups of people in the queue in front of us, so we have time to take a looked at the menu. Honestly, I don't like a restaurant concept where we have to order and pay ahead. The offered menu is not very much but still catches our attention. So, we ordered nasi dendeng cabe ijo taburai, nasi dendeng cabe merah taburai, tempe and paru goreng kecombrang. Surprisingly all of it are delicious. Rich in flavor, the right level of spicyness and savory unlike other "Padang" style restaurant we've tasted. As for the rice, I have to adapt to its texture because it's some sort of dry rice. But my wife said that this is the kind of rice they usually use in West Sumatra. I've ordered two drinks for myself as I don't think one is enough. Surprisingly, they serves drinks in large portions. Which is good. Too bad the service system here is not very satisfying as we are amazed with the taste of our ordered food and wanted to order more. At first, the waiter agreed to bring us the additional menu. But a few minutes later, they said that since the place is crowded, we have to go the cashier ourself to pay for the additional menu. To be frank, they should have charge us for what we have ordered after as they are loosing potential profit from the additional menu. I can't be bothered to wait in a queue with an almost full stomach and decided not to order some more and therefore I really suggest the restaurant's management to alter the service system for customer's satisfaction sake. The place is clean with agile waiters to clean the table. Am not sure on what are the payment's method, but I think it can be made by hard cash, QRis and debit cards.

The herb spices is good and the flavour is there BUT the protein already has smell. Dendeng and Gejebo like a rubbernand hard to chew. I think the owner need to review and improve the way the staff prepare and cooking.

Came around 2 pm, after lunch time, not many customers, only 5 tables were taken, mostly by 2 persons each table. But after ordering and paying, the wait was unbelievable, around 1 hour. What was wrong? Food was supposed to be very delicious. But everything came dead cold. If the wait was caused by many take away orders, food should have came hot, freshly cooked, but it was not. They came dead cold, meaning they were ready to serve long before they were brought to our table, why the long delay? Place was closer to dirty rather than clean, looks like cleaning is not a daily thing here. Just don't get it. Taste of the food makes me want to come again, but the lack of service and cleanliness tells me not to.
