i have been eating here since i was in elementary school :( it brings back so many memories. this was the second place where i tried sushi and started to like it because my aunt took me to sushi tei. my favorite sushi back then was the ebi fried mango roll, and i really hope i can eat it again :( sushi tei pim is the one i visited the most, either with friends or family. now it has been renovated. before, the place was a bit darker, but honestly i liked the old one more than the current one. the sushi bar is bigger now, but maybe this is the best for it!! now my fav are konyakusoba, kanimayo tobikko maki, sanshokuhana salmon, and salmon sashimii
View on GoogleLovely place, delicious food! Have long que during lunch time, but it’s worth it. They keep high quaity standard even now they have been in business for quite a while. Waiting time is good, waiters are friendly and warm. Fresh sashimi, particularly their salmon and tuna are amazing, it just melt in the mouth! They also have good fresh juice! Location is at PIM 2, South Jakarta. Great value for money!
View on GoogleAfter 2 years finally got the chance to visit this place again. I used to go to this sushi joint since 2015. The waiting queue right now however is not as long as before. The food quality esp the tina and salmon is still great. So an easy 5 star rating again
View on GoogleUsually, I am never disappointed with the quality of Sushi Tei’s food. But sorry to say, this tine, I don’t enjoy the fusion version of Sushi Tei. Web ordered a chicken teriyaki salad, aburi salmon roll, and salmon melted cheese roll. Their chicken salad is delicious. The aburi salmon roll usually uses tuna floss, but this branch uses another version of floss and I think the taste doesn’t match the salmon. And the salmon melted cheese roll is another weird combination. The taste of the cheese more strong than the salmon and don’t compatible with the wasabi or sushi sauce. The menu price is moderately expensive compared to the quality of the food. The service was nice and friendly. But maybe they can improve the speed of serving the food.
View on GoogleAn interesting surprise in Jakarta, at Intercontinental hotel shopping mall. Great Japanese restaurant with a lovely variety of traditional dishes. Everything was super fresh, delicious and well prepared. Loved the grilled halibut, cooked to perfection. Noodle soup chicken mushroom and fried shrimp tempura on the top… Great choice not so expensive.
