From my point of view, Hop Hop Signature PIM 1 has nice and good customer service. The staff were polite and pleasant, which made the visit feel comfortable and gave a good impression. I appreciate places that provide friendly service because even a simple snack or dessert stop can feel better when the staff treat customers nicely. Good customer service always adds value to the overall experience. However, for the donut, I personally feel it was a bit hard. Maybe it depends on the timing or batch, but I think the texture could be improved so it feels softer, fresher, and more enjoyable to eat. The place still has good potential because the service is nice, and customer service is already one of the strong points. If the donut texture can be improved, the overall experience would be much better. Overall, Hop Hop Signature PIM 1 has good customer service and a pleasant experience, but I hope the donut can be softer and fresher next time.

Medicine for your thirsty .... the chocolate is tremendous taste

Tried the signature on a whim. Asked which coffee menu item was the bestseller? Kopi susu gula aren boba, they said. Ordered one. The sweetness dominated, couldn't really taste the coffee. Then my mom ordered iced chocolate kitkat, which also didn't taste as good as the iced chocolate from the shop next door. The pastries had too much plastic packaging, and they even gave us a plastic spoon, what's that for? Just adding more PLASTIC WASTE.

Ordered via online express, took sooo long huhu the driver said the restaurant couldn't open the app, I couldn't cancel on my end and the driver had already waited over an hour. Next time if the app is having problems, better turn it off first so nobody orders through the app, feel bad for the driver waiting ages with no clarity.
